HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR SESSION

  1. Please be considerate of others and arrive punctually for your appointment. Arriving on time ensures a smooth experience for everyone involved. We kindly ask that you neither arrive too early nor too late, as this helps us maintain a balanced schedule and provide optimal attention to all our clients.

  2. It is important to be hydrated on the day of your session, and essential to drink a minimum of 500ml of water soon after your session to support your body's hydration.

  3. Please wear or bring natural fibre clothing such as cotton, linen, or cashmere to your session. Natural fibre clothing is necessary as CAP does not penetrate through synthetic and unnatural materials, ensuring optimal therapy effectiveness.
