HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR SESSION

  1. Please arrive on time for your appointment. We kindly ask that you do not arrive too early or too late, as this helps us keep a smooth schedule and give each client the right attention.

  2. Please ensure you are well hydrated, ideally with mineralised water, on the day of your session. We also recommend drinking at least 500ml of water soon after your session.

  3. We provide natural fibre robes for the session. If you choose to wear your own clothing during the session, please ensure it is made from natural fibres such as cotton, linen, wool or cashmere for an optimal session effectiveness.
